Project Scope: Full restoration of three-level period home including replica chimneys.
Complexities: Integrating repair entitlement with full restoration. Structural bracing. Sloping hill site.
Parthenon have completed the earthquake repairs to our early 1900’s arts & craft style residence. The repair required an approach sympathetic to the original craftsmanship, style and unique features. The Parthenon team completed this admirably achieving a return to its former glory.
